Yearly and Semester Commitment Model
To protect staffing ratios and provide consistency for the children, Full Time programs require a yearly commitment from August through May.

Part-time Program follows a semester model to allows us to maintain stable group dynamics and plan our learning environment accordingly.

Fall Semester: August – December

Spring Semester: January – May

 

Payment Plans
Tuition billed on the 1st of each month (August–May).

Part- time is August and January.

Auto-pay available.
 

Fees & Discounts

Families receive a $100 tuition credit for every referral that leads to an enrollment

Sibling Discount: 5% off the lower tuition when two or more siblings enrolled in any Full or Part-Time program (applied after prepay discount).
 

Step Up Scholarships
We accept Step Up for Students scholarships (PEP and FES-UA). Families are responsible for any remaining tuition and fees not covered by scholarship awards.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy 
• Written notice required 30 days prior to withdrawal.
• Enrollment/materials fee non-refundable.
• Monthly plan: next month’s tuition still due if notice given after billing date.
• Prepay plan: unused tuition refunded minus 1 month equivalent + $150 administrative fee (or convert to enrichment credit).

5. Submit Registration Form with registration fee to finalize enrollment.
